Whether you are a candidate for mental health counseling or coaching will be decided during your virtual intake consultation.

Virtual Intakes are 50 dollars a session and feature personalized feedback on your intake questionnaire as well as my custom made 5 page psychological abuse guide. *Intakes are a one time NON REFUNDABLE fee and do not guarantee that I will take you on as a couching/counseling client**
How long will it take to see results in my life?
You get out of therapy what you put in. I will meet you where you are at but also give a gentle push when necessary. Confrontation of difficult things is a necessary part of the process. Given that typical outpatient therapy is 1-2X a week, you can expect to see some changes within 3 months of consistent attendance. However, every client is different.
Do you take insurance?
I am not in-network with any insurance company. Out-of-network insurance benefits do apply. I can provide a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Why don't you take any insurance?
There are a few reasons that have led me to decide to not accept any insurance.

First, victims of narcissistic abuse is not a "mental health disorder" per the DSM-5, yet is one of the most malignant and destructive kind of illnesses there are.

Second, I want to keep you from any unnecessary diagnoses that may not even be applicable since most mental health disorders dimmish over time when a person is consistent in their therapy.

Third, I want to help keep all of your information safe and confidential. When you see a counselor that is private pay, all of your information stays “in house.” When working with your insurance, a counselor must provide your diagnosis and progress information to the insurance company which then gets submitting to many other 3rd parties (like life insurance companies for example). By keeping all of your information in my HIPPA compliant EHR system, we greatly reduce the risk of any violations.
